Excellent location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. The staff was attentive and top-class, the room was newly renovated with TV, coffee machine, for example.

I really enjoyed the hotel, its recently refurbished room and attentive staff. There was lots of excellent meals. It was in an excellent and unbeatable location just next door to Bristol Airport as well as restaurants. Besides, Noah's Ark Zoo Farm was 4 km away from the venue.

We appreciated the clear access instructions and the exceptional friendliness of the staff. The late-night drink at the bar made us feel very welcome after our long journey.

The lodge was cozy, but early restaurant closing left us without food.

The location is excellent, and the cute staff provided great local dining recommendations. The parking fee was higher than expected, and an earlier warning about kitchen hours would have improved my experience. Perfect for short stays and convenient for families.

The absence of a mirror in the main room makes getting ready a bit of a hassle, especially for makeup. Early closure of the restaurant and bar means you'll need to plan a local dinner. The nearest pub is about a mile away, so keep that in mind. The air conditioning can be quite noisy, as it cycles with loud banging sounds. If you're taking an early taxi, double-check the arrangement. The taxi didn't show up on time for my early morning ride, forcing me to call an Uber last minute.

For a secure parking option, inquire about the secluded area that isn't well advertised. it offers extra peace of mind.

Really good Staff and Cozy Atmosphere
Especially Alex, were great to recommend a fantastic restaurant and help us settle in. The lodge is not only impeccably clean but also beautifully decorated. The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby airport, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

Amazing staff, great vibes!
The staff really went outta their way to help us, like carrying our food to the room when the cook was MIA. The manager even drove us to the airport on his birthday. So nice! Just wish the dining options were better-only a bar area with limited snacks.

The location was great, just a hop from the airport! The staff were absolute legends, giving us fab restaurant tips after our late arrival. And oh, let's not forget that coffee machine-life-saver! Those grilled steaks nearby were a proper treat, just what you need after a long journey.
Just a cheeky note, I got pinged about the kitchen shutting at 5pm after I was already on my way. Ended up taxiing it to a pub in Backwell for a late bite-seven miles of wandering! If I'd had known, I'd have moved my schedule around.

The recent refurbishment made the Twin Room cozy and appealing. I appreciated the modern amenities like the coffee machine with a great start to my day.
The check-in process felt a bit disorganized.
